As a kid, I remember finding a a particular book my my parents bookshelf very intriguing. It had an arrow, pointing up and one day, while in my teens, I picked it up. It was a thrill ride. Now at the time, I didn’t read much outside of school, and the fundamentals of motivational speaker Zig Ziggler  in his book, See you at the top really excited me.

Yet still, I had vague memories of Who Zig Ziggler was. I remember as a kid recall going with my mother to work. It was a special day. There was a guest speaker coming to visit the office.  Zig Ziggler. I don’t recall much, other than the reoccurring theme of his sales books: Rhino’s. I began to flip through them, mainly to see the rhino comic drawling.

Who knew that years latter, I’d be diving into his books to find my own way. The book See you at the top, is a great book and a good start for building a positive foundation. If you’re like me now, a bit older and wise, it might not speak to you as loud, but still worth reading.
